Well I still dont have an interview date. I phoned up the expensive phone number and they told me that the system still hadnt been updated with my checklist being received, but they had my 2301 part one on file, which was in the same envelope. So hopefully I will get a date next week sometime.

I feel your pain. I sent back pack 3 paperwork 21st September (Registered Post) have proof of delivery print - stamped 22nd August 2006 yet they claim that they have not received it.

THESNOWMAN: Have you tried to get your partner to ring the DOS in america? tel: 202-663-1225 - Press 1, press 1, press 0. and ask if they have scheduled an interview date for you yet? Bethanie mentioned you could do that as thats what they did. Try it and see - or I suppose you could call too, just cheaper if USC does lol

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

:yes: Yes everyone waiting to hear about your interview, have the USC call the DOS. You can set up a Skype account and call them for free as well. The hold time is usually 15-20 minutes, I did find that on Wednesdays if you call right at 1pm you can get through in less than five minutes, because they are closed noon to 1 on this day.

Wishing everyone with interviews and medicals coming up the best of luck. I have to sneak in VJ time while hubby is still snoozing, sorry if I miss anyones important dates.

Cian when you get a date send me a message! Hope the medical went well.
