Timeline

HELLO .PLZ LGITH THIS FOR ME MY FIANCE APPLIED FOR I 129F FORM AT THE NEBRASKA OFFICE CENTER NOVEMBRE2007 SHEHAS NT RECIEVED ANYTHING YET. DO YOU TIHKN THE CASE IS STILL AT THE NEBRASKA THINK YOU GUY REALLY HELPFULL

Timeline

If the check has been cashed then you can look on the back for the case number. You fiance can also call the USCIS to check. You should definitely have heard something by now.

4/13/07 Met in South Africa

7/15/07 -8/8/07 I visited since he couldn't get a visitor visa

9/11/07 Sent in I-129F application

10/4/07 received receipt

10/14/2007 left for South Africa to wait for the paperwork until April

12/19/2007 applied for unabridged birth certificate

2/19/08 received approval

3/25/08 received NOA packet 3!

3/27/08 REapplied for unabridged birth certificate

3/27/08 Applied for police Certification

4/7/08 Medical exam

4/8/08 Finally received Birth certificate. queued at Home Affairs for 4 hours.

4/10/08 Faxed Packet 3 Checklist to Consulate

4/23/08 Arrived back in the US to get ready for Eben

4/29/08 Interview! Visa approved!

she called but they said they have send her a mail its been 3 weeks now she did not recived it yet is that a bad sign thank you

I-129F Sent : 2007-11-24

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-11-30

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-03-31

NVC Received : 2008-04-21

NVC Left : 2008-04-23

Consulate Received : 2008-04-28

Packet 3 Received : 2008-05-20

Interivew date : 2008-08-07 CO asks inappropraite questions

His father died: 2008-08-18

Retain Marc Ellis 2008-09

Visited Nigeria again: 2008-11-12

petitioned returned to CSC :2008-11-27

returned to USA 2008-12-13

His father buried 2009-01-03

picks up K1 visa Nov 2009

Marriage Dec 2009

take throne as Igwe /Lolo 2010 or 2011

Nebraska no longer process K1 petitions, only California and Vermont based on where your fiance (The U.S. citizen lives)

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***
