OK so now I got all the papers from my man inclufding bank statements,Pay Stubs and the I 134's..........BUT,the letter from his Company is completley screwed up,we have asked thjem (in writing) for the Emplyoment Verification Letter saying that it has to state when he was employed, whether the position is part or fulltime, his annual Income and so on....WELL,all the sent us was a Letter stating when he was hired ,that he works fulltime and that he makes 8,07 hourly for straight hours and 26$ for overtime hours...........

Now his Pay is a bit weird because for the first 40 hours he works he gets 8,07$ an hour PLUS 680$ Per Diem, for hour 40-50 he gets 26$ plus from hour 50 on a 25% Bonus and then again 26$ from hour 50 to 60.

They are working 60 hours each week which is mandatory,so all together he has an Income of 78 000$ a year, but it does not state anything like that and the Company will not issue us anything else than what they sent us...........

On the Affidavit of Support he wrote down 54 600$ in GROSS Income annually...........

I don't know but this smells ike trouble to me.

Someone with advice outthere????????????

As I said we HAVE the Paystubs that show how much he's bringing home and the Bank Statements showing how much is being deposited each week from the Company e works for.........

I wouldn't worry too much about it. The Employer letter lets the Embassy know he's employed full time and makes such and such and he's been there this long etc.

The Affidavid of Support outlines all the money calculation things. The has tax returns making more than the minimum, he's got bank statements and pay stubs, again, showing that he's over the poverty line, I don't think this is going to be an issue.

If they were analyzing the fiancial side of things, and started asking questions, if he's not going to be there, I'd just tell them that the numbers don't match up all the time due to overtime and leave it at that.

Best of luck at the interview! Will he be attending with you?

I agree.

If the company is not going to provide any statement beyond what you have, then what you have will have to suffice.

I think this is pretty common. Many companies won't say anything beyond a terse statement of employment, (Heavens! Imagine the liability.)

My guess is that the consulate has seen many letters from employers similar to yours. It should be OK.

Good luck!!!
