I tried to put in our timeline (London embassy), but the program seemed to automatically choose for me the Texas Service Center. I tried to "unselect" Texas, but it was still there every time. The timeline the program calculated was with Texas's times, not the London Embassy.

Is there any way to get this program to work for DCFers?

DCF London

2007-08-09 Married

2008-02-15 (Day 1) Filed I-130 for CR-1

2008-02-20 (Day 6) Received RFE

2008-02-21 (Day 7) Returned RFE

2008-02-26 (Day 12) Credit card charged $355

2008-05-15 (Day 92) Received RFE

2008-05-16 (Day 93) Returned RFE

2008-06-11 (Day 119) Received RFE in the form of face-to-face interview on 17 June.

2008-06-17 (Day 125) RFE interview

I had the same problem - instead of using the tab for Processing Times, try the Immigration Timelines - then you can choose the CR1/IR1 function, and the country, and the DCF process! :)

Met at work Sept. 2005

Started dating Nov. 2005

Got engaged Oct. 2007

Married January 5, 2008

Submitted I-130 in Delhi February 6, 2008 NOA1

Sent DS 230, DS 2001 to Chennai via courier Feb. 21, 2008

Received Case number from Chennai Consulate Feb. 22, 2008 (Postmarked Feb. 13)

Received Email Confirmation of Interview Date on March 5th: April 3rd!

SUCCESS - VISA APPROVED ON APRIL 3RD!! :) :)

POE Detroit - May 19, 2008

Applied for SSN: June 5th - Received Card: June 12th

Received Green Gard: June 12th

Driver's License: July 28th

Move to St. Louis/Ritesh starts his job: August 5th

Thanks! There is actually a CR1/IR1 and a CR-1/IR-1. The first one is what we need to select!!! How confusing! :)

Thomas, the best indication of when your petition will be approved in London, is provided by the embassy themselves:

http://london.usembassy.gov/dhs/uscis/i130filing.html

On the right side, it tells you where they are with the I-130 petitions in USCIS London (it's separate from the embassy).

It's normally about 9/10 weeks till you get something back from them. For beyond that, have a look at the peoples timelines that show recent approvals in the UK interview thread. You'll see that it varies quite a lot.
