Hello, Aymerlu!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

It's for anxiety. It's spelled ativan...I spelled it wrong the first time. There's also xanax. He went to the pharmacy and I'm hoping they give it to him. I know their pharmacy system is different than ours.

Thank you so much ladies for your love and support. Im glad to see all of you here and to see and learn of all the progress many petitioners have made since I have been gone. Well what can I say its been a roller coaster for me. Still we have no major news on an approval. I made an infopass to get a follow up our our cause after I received and email Jan 22 indicating that our I-130 was sent to the local Houston Field Office. Once there the immigration officer told me that our I-129F arrived at the NBC on March 08. That bit of news confused me becaues all this time I assumed that the I-129F had been there. I was under the impression that it was at MSC since we filed it and sent to the chicago lock box in 2006. Isnt MSC and NBC one in the same? Last year when they started to transffer applications out to the CSC to get them paired up with their perspective I-130's, mine never went out, or at least I never got a notice of it or a touch indicating any progress on it. So as you can understand I was confused when the immigration officer told me that my application had been sent to NBC March 19. Then in regards to the Houston application the officer told me that she was going to put in a serivice request for her supervisor to look at our case to see what needed to be done, and to possibly request our I129F from chicago if they needed to be paired up or in cause they may want to interview me. And that was that. I know it was not much but I walked out very greatful and happy because I felt that finally some one was going to be looking at our case. Im now planning a trip to Dallas to meet with my state representative immigration laison in person. I figured if i show my face they might be more willing to help out than if I just send them an email or fax. =0)

Wow. I hate to say this but do you think after ALL this time they just FORGOT to forward the I129F to NVC and that is what all this has been about? Hopefully not since that would mean they lied to you when they said you were in security checks but I have this really bad feeling that this is a major screwup on their part. In any event I am very happy that they are actually touching your case!
