This is for the Philippines. My baby has got her visa. After some research I know she has to do the CFO. Is there any thing after that?

Also another question, hehe one of my friends said that I needed to purchase a round trip ticket. Just wanted to confirm if this was neccessary or is a one way ticket allowed (of course I don't plan for her to leave, so that's why I'm asking). Thank you Visa Journey for all your help!!!

Hey congrats!!!!

No a round-trip ticket is NOT necessary, I don't know where your friend got that info. but he was incorrect. If you got the K-1 and your fiance cannot leave the country (pending on whether or not you guys marry within 3 months) then why would a round trip ticket be required. Just get whatever ticket is cheaper and congrats!

CFO is pretty much it. She may have to pay some airport departure taxes if its not included in the ticket.

RT or OW tickets are fine. Sometimes you can get RT at a lower fare class than a OW ticket, making it cheaper to by a RT.
