This is my first post Where going to send our AOS this month, i want to ask what kind of prove of document does my husband need to submit with my son AOS? any answer

Reciept Notice Arrive in Mail for I130,AOS,EAD for son and my EAD dont have for AOS - May 13, 2008

Case Status Show Online and my Reciept Notice AOS - May 14, 2008

Biometrics Notice Arrive - May 19, 2008

Biometrics Appoinment - June 04, 2008 Done

Touched - June 04, 2008

waiting waiting......

EAD Card Approved - July 14, 2008

EAD Card Arrive in Mail - July 22, 2008

He doesn't need to submit any relationship proof for either you or your son at this point.

Just the documents requested as per the guides.

Naturalization

Son's N-400 Timeline

08/14/2020 - Sent N-400 and I-912 waiver to TX lockbox

09/18/2020 - NOA via text

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed
