DS-156, question 29 supplement

Is there a trick to making all the "additional visits" fit in the box on the supplement page? If not, is it okay for him to use a separate sheet for a supplement listing them the way he did for question 25 on the DS 230? On the DS 230, he had a list of 14 specific trips (one was a three-week road trip, 6 or 7 were visits to see me) and then "various weekend visits."

I filled in what I could and then added an additional page...on the last line on the form I wrote "See Attached"

Then I had an attached sheet

"Attached Sheet referring to Question 25 on the DS230"

Then I added the rest.

Now..between 1983 and 1994 I had about 6 trips to Florida on family visits, I don't remember exact dates at all so I simply put

"Between 1983 and 1994, I took 6 family trips to Disney World in Florida"

Should be fine.

Thanks. I know I'm probably being ####### about this. We just did a supplement for the same question on DS 230 and made an extra copy for the DS 156 (why the frig do they ask the same question 900 times??????). I was just wondering if they really insisted on it being on that extra page with the bar code because they want it to have the stupid bar code.

We called about this question and were told that they were only looking for overstays. So I put "Numerous visits but none lasting longer than 3 weeks." (I mean, seriously. Canadians spend half their lives in the US. ) Anyway, it worked for me.
