My husband received the IV fee bill on March 13, he paied the bill on the 14th and NVC should have received the payment in a week at the latest, but so far they haven't. My husband can't find the mail receipt in order to track it. The fee has been raised to USD400 (that's waht we paied) and we are not willing to pay it twice, so what should be done in a case like this when a mail with an amount receipt of USD 400 seems to be lost???

Please help us.

Thanks

Virginia

you should have your money order Number. You can use to to check or cancel. anyway some time it take more than two weeks for NVC to cach your money order or log in their system

I thought that it shouldn't take more than a week for NVC to receive it. So far, all the timelines I've seen doesn't show that. He was told by NVC that they should have it already, considering the date it was mailed. But thank you, it's a confort to hear that we're might just having a delay on mailing delivery.

Hello there... Well the money order for the IV BILL will go to MO then will be incash and from MO they will send letter to NVC in NH stating that your check/money order was already cash then thats the time it will enter the system...My Husband send our's and after a week we track that but it was in a P.O. BOX in St. Louis MO and ready for pick-up so my Husband called the NVC and they said that's the way it should be and that's where it should go so my husband waited for another 3 days and called the NVC again and this time the money order was cash and already in thier system...Call the NVC to check on yours since you dont have your tracking # to know if they recieve that or not.

Well, it's been 17 days now since we mailed them and yesterday they had still not received it, so we'll be calling them today in order to check if they got it. How many days did yours take to get there?? Thanks for your reply!

If we cancel the payment at the bank in order to pay it again and mail it back, will we have to wait for another week to receive a new IV fee bill from NVC??? My husband is about to cancel the payment in order to pay it again, but we don't want to wait for another week to receive the bill order. But I presume we don't have another choice since we can't pay a bill without the bill order from NVC, right???
