My husband was a college student last year and just graduated last May 2007 . And he started to work last July 2007 till now.

He's earning above poverty level. but he don't have the ITR for the past 3 recent years. (2006,2005)

I read somewhere that last 3 recent years of ITR is a requirements. Just to make sure, we will do the co-sponsor but my question is , would it be okay

if the co-sponsor is not related to the petitioner? they are bestfriend sinced Highschool and they used to live in one hometown and now they live in same city. he's friend is willing to be my co-sponsor. Do u think Manila Embassy will be okay with this? coz I heard that Manila Embassy are strict about

Co-sponsor.

Thank You..

Im not sure on the answer but when i was looking for co sponsor we were told that anyone can be co sponsor as long as their income meets the mark.........im sure there would be questions if it was just a stranger in the street but it asks relationship on the paper if i remember correctly of the co sponsor so if he just puts best friends for x amount of years it should not be a problem but like i said i dont know for sure im just going by what i read and what the attorney told us.........good luck
