My scheduled interview is set on May 12, 2008 at 07:30am Manila-USEM.

Here's my documentation i will bring.. Do you think this would be enough already?

My checklist

(Note: in my actual checklist i typed complete names of my husband's family, the actual place and date of our wedding, the number of pages of printed emails and messages)

- i use transparent long envelopes, transparent long sliding folders, id holder booklet for my old ids, and album for pics (with stickered captions for each pic)

I. Primary Needed Documents

-DS156 2 sets

-DS157 2 copies (validated upon payment)

-Appointment letter (email received from philippines@ us-visaservices.com)

-My passport (expiration of September 2012)

-NSO marriage certificate (issued March 18, 2008)

-NSO birth certifcate (issued March 18, 2008)

-NBI clearance for travel USA (expiration of April 2009)

-Police clearance for travel abroad issued in Manila (issued March 2008)

-Police clearance for travel abroad issued in Bataan (issued April 2008)

-Affidavit of Support (I-134) with attachments of:

*Trancripts (2005, 2006, 2007)

*employment letter from my husband's full time job stating job title,starting date,and income.

*employment letter from U.S Military - National Guard

*printed recent pay stubs

*petitioner's birth certificate (xerox copy)

*petitioner's passport (xerox copy)

(since my husband is above poverty level of income, we didn't include anymore bank statement,assets,etc.)

-Medical Result

-2x2 U.S passport size pictures

-Approved 129-F (K3) letter from USCIS

-NVC letter

3. Marriage license (with attachments of notice, application, advise, sworn statement and legal capacity to marry)

4. newspaper wedding announcement in ____,KS USA (prepared by mom-in-law)

5. pictures during wedding ceremony

6. pictures after wedding ceremony

7. pictures during reception

8. pictures at honeymoon

9. pictures with my family (with my parents,sister,brother,grandma,cousins,uncles,aunts,and some family friends)

10. album of pictures with our whereabouts in Philippines

11. phone billing statement from my husband

12. ALL western union receipts

13. one and only memorable handwritten letter from my husband (my husband not into writing letters,LOL)

14. health insurance for me filed by my husband

15. printed wedding congratulations and messages from my husband's family in KS and NE posted in my facebook profile wall

16. communication with my husband's family with their emails sent to me; Senders are:

Very thorough. I may have missed it, but make sure you have at least 5 pictures of you together, especially with other family members. Pictures from the wedding can be included too. If your husband was previously married make sure you have documents needed such as divorce decree or death certificate. Also don't forget the document verification fee to Delbros. I hope you will be like us. We had a file folder full of documents and other proofs and we weren't asked for anything other than oral questions.

its in my list already (about the pics) and its not just 5, more than that.

divorce decree or death cert is N/A for us.

delbros was paid already.

its ok if they dont ask me anything about the documentation i'll bring, i just want to be prepared and organized with my stuff.

For oral questions as long they asked about me and my husband's family and himself i can answer that, unless they ask something about other's husband, that for sure i wont be able to asnwer. LOl
