Marry within the 90 days, but the sooner you marry , the sooner you can file and the sooner he will have his EAD .

Tata Jen is always welcome in our home He's therapeutic to snuggle with. We used to take alot of naps together when we first brought him home. Id lay him on my chest and snuggle him close. Ahhhhh, warm baby.

Well we finally did it...we filed for AOS today.

I think that's probably one painful check to cut! I cant even believe how expensive it is!!!

Try doing I130/I485/I765 all at once $1700 ballpark including medical. Luckily if filing I765 concurrently with I485 you don't have to pay for that part.

I forget what numbers mean what but we're doing the ead first and that will give him time to earn the money for the aos. The ead isn't cheap though either! I mean sure it's not $1k but still $340 is nothing to shake a stick at!
