your POE will depend on where you first arrive in the USA.

It depends on the first state arrival in USA. You will see it in your purchased ticket. I choose a small airport as POE though to deter myself from the hussle of unexpected events. Its a long trip though.GOODLUCK.

There are literally hundreds of POE in the U.S. I'll most likely fly my fiancee from Manila to Tokyo, then from Tokyo to Dallas. Therefore, Dallas will be her POE into the U.S. because it is her first stop in the U.S.

There are other flights which may bring her from Manila to Tokyo, then from Tokyo to Los Angeles, then from Los Angeles to Dallas. In this case, Los Angeles will be her POE into the U.S. because it is her first stop in the U.S.
