You would need income sufficient to qualify for your household plus your brother's intended. Is that three people or more?

well i spon my wife last year, my bro didn't make alot of money last year so it would be like 4 people in the house all together

If you claim your brother as a dependant on your tax return then you have a household of 4. Otherwise it is three. Your income is enough for three but not for four.
