i hope someone can help me who has done this before.... on the site www.wes.org i dont know whether to click on student or immigrant ??? my husband needs his transcript from egypt evaluated...can someone please help

sorry for bothering u guys but i am confused.....we have to have a envelope with the transcript sealed on the outside ....but everyone knows that its theiur policy to open all mail ......how can we get this document here without fedex or dhl opening it ....is it possible for my husbands mom to go to the embassy and do anything or what HEEElllPPP!!!!! i just asked my husband when the last time egypt did us a favor and he said never!! i agrreee i am so sick of egypt and its crappy government
