POLICE CLEARANCE - if I did not stay in another countries for more than 6 months...

BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE

TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS

because it seems I did not see them in the packet form that I downloaded in the USEM website...

or this docs are it's up to me to add too?

I didn't have them during my interview... Baptismal Cert can be used sometimes if there's discrepancy with the applicant's name...

Congrats! We're April 9th. I asked a simular question on VJ. I was told Certificate of impediment? Stating you're free to marry. You get this at the registers office.
