May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

Eye lifting, defo. Rest is fine and doesn't need improvement. :)

I need an eye lift but for medical reasons apparently...the dr is afraid I will get eye infections because of the extra skin above my eyes :lol: my mom had to have it done and so did my sister. here I come insurance paid for eye lift! (one day)

Haha, I am heading towards the same problem. Right eye is worse then the left one though. Mom had it done as well (gross detail:

The took the left over skin to make a nipple for her silicone fake breast, after it had been amputated)

. They did it with local anesthetics and she cut see the doctor cutting her eye open. Really bad

It's only €800 at my dermatologist, so I might treat myself at some pont.

October 2002- Met and fell in love

February 4 2004- Julian is born

February 12 2007- Vera is born

March 21 2007- Rodolfo leaves the US (voluntary departure)

April 2 2008- Met with attorney to talk about the case

Unless I was horribly disfigured in an accident or though disease or some other outstanding horrible reason, I would never consider cosmetic surgery in any form.

I mean, I'll dye my hair (going badly grey) and wear a bit of make-up from time to time, but all I'm doing is working with what I've been given. I would never go under the knife to make changes. I just consider it plain wrong that we, as a society, think it's perfectly okay to undergo elective surgery when there's absolutely nothing the matter with us.

We don't need #######-jobs. What we really need are self-image-jobs.

05-13-06 - Met at Neo Nightclub in Chicago through a mutual friend.

05-24-06 - First formal date, followed immediately by weekend spent together.

09-07-06 - First trip to the UK. Sick most of the time, loved it anyway. :)

11-21-06 - Alasdair comes in for Thanksgiving.

03-28-07 - Second trip to the UK, flew out to Northern Ireland to meet the parents.

06-12-07 - Alasdair's next visit, we go everywhere and do everything. :)

06-17-07 - We become formally engaged, though it'd been in discussion for months.

07-27-07 - I-129F packet sent to Nebraska Service Center.

07-30-07 - I-129F packet received at Nebraska Service Center and forwarded to California.

08-24-07 - Check finally cashed!

08-25-07 - NOA1 Received!

01-30-08 - NOA2 Finally Received!

03-18-08 - Packet 3 Received!

04-03-08 - Packet 4 Received!

04-28-08 - Interview at 8:30am

Fiance still an idiot, sent wrong doc, still waiting on arrival date.

March 5th 2008 - INTERVIEW @ 10.00am - APPROVED!!

March 11th 2008 - Visa received!

April 30th 2008 - Flying home at last!!!!! (POE: Dulles - Washington DC)

July 12th 2008 - Wedding date!

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

I'd get breast implants if I knew there would be no complications from it at all. That being said, I'll never have them because no one could ever give me that guarantee. I would have the fat under my eyes removed. It's all puffy and will get worse as I get older. I know this because my grandmother and father have it. It makes them look much older than they really are.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!
