Just wondering if the Xpresspost Envelope is available for purchase at the consulate?

Thanks.

Yes it is. Supposed to be cheaper but I don't know how much the handling fee is and the lady at the counter didn't tell me when I asked.

I remember that when I went for my interview one of the girls had an issue buying it from the consulate (think they ran out or something)...

but usually it is

buy it in advance! it's so much easier!

I agree, one less thing to worry about.

At my interview last week, I brought a prepaid envelope and they said it's too small. The solution was easy - they didn't sale me the actual envelope. They only gave me a form to fill out the address and my credit card # to which they would charge the postage, and that's it. The smaller one I brought cost $10.70 from the post office (I returned it and got a full refund), while the much bigger one they used cost only $9.11.
