Mox, that was a fantastic explanation and I've always wondered how exactly it all works!

Meteor-they mean that while you're looking at VSC, who is pretty standardly processing about 60 days out. However, CSC (California) is currently working on November filers. We just have to want, on average, about twice as long as VSC filers do, so sometimes it's frustrating to see all of the VSC filers complain about how "long" they have to wait. I think it would have been less nerve-wracking for me to move across the country for a year while we got this approved!
