The only military expidite that is discussed if for a K-1 Visa, for deployment reasons, to allow K-1 holder to enter the USA and marry before deployment.

This is not the case for AOS, you can file for and interview for AOS without the US citizen spouse, all they need to provide is I-864 affidavit of support.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I don't think there's an expedited. You can - as mentioned - explain your situation and - if you have - put orders in the package. I doube he's got orders already though. DH didn't get his until like 2 weeks before he was supposed to go (he never went in the end due to medical reasons).

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03/19/2008 - package sent to TSC, let's hope for the best

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019

Hey all,

Need some help on how to apply for a military expedite for the AOS as D's getting deployed in June/July 2008

:(:(

Hi DanielParul,

Please call the US Military Immigration Helpline

USCIS has established a toll-free military help line, 1-877-CIS-4MIL (1-877-247-4645), exclusively for members of the military and their families. USCIS customer service specialists are available to answer calls Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (CST), excluding federal holidays.

They will give you all the information you need, and are extremely helpful. You will speak with USCIS directly and there will be no 'messing around'.

Once you get your information, can you please post it on the Military Spouses Thread, so that it can help those in your situation in the future.

There have been several members who adjusted successfully while their spouses were deployed. I do not know all the requirements, or what evidence to submit - but I have not seen an expedite for this purpose (probably because you can adjust on your own). Look up user Stefani and read her experiences in AOS.
