My fiancee received package 3 yesterday. It has the form DS 230 in english and vietnamese. The form came with package 3 was expired on May 31, 2004. My question is did you receive the same version? if so did you fill out the form came with it and sent it it back in or did you download the form from travel.state.gov and send back in. Thanks in advance.

Always download the latest forms from the website (in your case I think http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.html). I know from personal experience that newer versions are fine to use. Usually, if the Embassy sent you slightly older forms they will accept them, but they can certainly not refuse the newest forms that become available (on the contrary they will be pleased that you used them instead!).

Good luck!

Pi :)
