Question about change of address

I am just wondering if we are filling out the correct form for changing our address.

The only one I see is the AR-11, Alien's Change of Address Card.

Is this the correct form?

If anyone can tell me if this is the form they have used. I would appreciate it.

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Yes AR-11 is the form you need to file for change of address.

February 18, 2006 - NOA for I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765

March 16, 2006 - Biometrics for I-765, I-485

March 16, 2006 - I-131, I-130 touched

March 27, 2006 - RFE sent out

March 31, 2006 - USCIS received the RFE

Plus copy AR-11 to any District Office or Service Center where you have a pending case.

Plus call the 1-800 number.

Plus follow up with 1-800 30 days later. THEN cross your fingers and hope it worked.

2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

Thanks everyone.

So I have to fill out a seperate one for myself, and one for my son.

Plus my husband has to fill out the I-865.

Well the good thing is that our AOS interview is May 17th, so we will know if they have our correct address when we go to that. So if they dont I will tell them there also.
