Joint sponsor provides an aditional I-864.

Get the vaccinations record transfered to a supplement by a US Civil surgeon, INSIST on just the supplement, or the doctor will stick you for a full medical.

x-ray only needed to get the visa, it is not needed for anything else.

S+D: advise: don't try to rush it, it won't work, its too confusing. You won't get anywhere borrowing a friends computer for 10 minutes.

spend an evening aquainting yourself with the requirements, read through it nice and slowly, and you'll be fine
