Timeline

I was hoping someone could clarify a few things for me.

1. How many copies of the I-134 and evidence (employer letter, pay stubs etc) do you have to send in?

2. When can you apply for a SSN? some people have said you can't until your EAD arrives and others have said that as soon as his arrival is in the computers they can give him an SSN.

3. My understanding is that he cannot travel outside the US until the AP is approved and that will last until he gets his green card is that correct?

3. My understanding is that he cannot travel outside the US until the AP is approved and that will last until he gets his green card is that correct? Don't know how long AP is valid, but he needs either that or the greencard

The AP is valid for a year and it can be renewed if necessary.
