Hey All

I live in Equatorial guinea for the 14 Months, I am Filing my I-130 in Cameroon and I am the USC. Do I need a police Clearance from Equatorial Guinea? I am going to embassy next week...

Thanks in advance for your help.

My Time Line

02/08/07--We Met in Malabo, EG

04/01/08--We Got Married in Mongomo, EG

Present-- Undecided about DCF or File Through US

04/18/08 applied through DCF got approved.came to us 8/4/08

received 2 year GC and SS# in month.

05/04/10 Sent package and Check overnight USPS

05/05/10 Package signed for and received

05/06/10 NOA1 Created

05/07/10 Check Cashed

05/13/10 NOA1 received

Police clearance is only for the beneficiary.
