No stamp in the passport, because his actually expired in Nov 2005...we have to renew it

at the Turkish consolate...

The officer said we really didn't need it if we weren't leaving the country (we never applied for AP)

2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

Well, you can't believe the stupid questions (they ask everybody)

Are you a prostitute? Do you pay for prostitutes? :huh::bonk:

Are you a communist? Do you belong to the communist party?

Do you plan on having more than 1 wife?

Do you think its okay to harm someone because of their race, creed, or religion?

Do you engage in illegal gambling?

She asked me if I believed Seyhan married me for a Greencard...of course I replied..

Absolutely NOT!!! <_<

She also asked who was at our wedding...was his family there...if they approved of him marrying an American....

We were asked for pics, bank stuff...all the usual stuff...This girl was new and going by the book...

Thats pretty much it in a nutshell............

December 13, 2007 - I-751 submitted to NSC (removing of conditions fun begins...)

December 22 - Received a rejection notice because the form was not "properly signed". Package itself was not returned.

January 1, 2008 - Received packet back from CSC. They are requesting we resubmit the packet (which is already organized by CSC) with a properly signed form.

January 2 - Packet resubmitted to California.

January 12 - NOA1 received (dated 01/07/2008)

January 19 - Biometrics appointment notice received (dated 01/15/2008)

February 1 - Biometrics

March 11 - Approved! Card production ordered (notified via e-mail).

March 20, 2008 - New card arrived in the mail :)

Done until 2018 :)
