What's the ideal time to call the "call center" in the philippines to set up an interview..I will be making a call from the states.

I notice your fiance' has the same interview date as mine. I Plan on have her down for her medical exam about 14 April. When you plan on having her fly over? Actually any time right now is a good time call. WHen I call I was contacted to someone right way once I completed everything.

Ricky, my fiance called them up around 8am Philippine time. We were chatting on yahoo messenger when he called. Any question or info that he was not sure of he just typed it on the chat window and I was able to give him answers ASAP.

Dbears did you call em up right away for interview or did you wait a week after the embassy received your case?

Call them anytime after they open (8am Manila Time). The first day of the new procedure I had to wait in line 30 minutes but every call after that has been instantaneous.

Per DHL tracking our approved petition arrived at embassy on March 28 (Friday). I would have wanted to call Monday but it was Sunday Ricky's time and he was had double schedule at work. So we called up April 1, 8am Philippine time. I think you can already call the day after USEM receives your papers.

Anyways, this is what happened, I called a day after embassy received our case..but I guess I called too early, they told me they have our papers but they are not ready to schedule us. Told us to call back in 2 weeks...I beg for 1 week..but I couldn't wait so I called 2 days later.. .which is today..so I called about 5 miuntes ago..I was finally able to get our appointment date..YAHOOOOO!!! She gave me options of Apr 25, 29, May 12, 19, 26.. I settled for MAY 12 at 7:30AM..Plenty of time to pay for Doc verification & complete the medical.
