Yeah the April processing dates from Vermont should be interesting. If nothing happens by then we have to start pushing them as it's just not fair how they are processing out of order when they themselves go on about how premium processing is only available in 'life or death' cases as it is not fair to others who have filed before. Surely we should see our approvals this month but I guess time will tell. Lets keep each other up to date with this.

Cheers

Dave

I am ready to protest myself....My NOA1 took forever and now NOA2 is taking even longer...I was hoping when I came back from seeing my hubby last week I would come back to good news but see that VSC actually went backwards instead of forwards on the processing dates. Even though some Oct and Nov filers got approved recently, I am still upset since they show no consistency...this is becoming really aggravating now...everyday I check my status and my email to see if maybe they finally blessed me with a touch or something but still nothing...I want my husband damnit....

I can certainly understand ur frustration. Our timelines are close and i've experienced the same.. on touch on 2/24/08 thru the whole process and that was the update to their system. I can't help but feel frustrated too, when I see that Sept filers are waiting too! Approvals are amounting to a few per week. So this is why I thought that taking signatures from all of us waiting near the 6th month mark and past, would be a way to get them to take notice  My husband country is in a difficult situation, a civil war can start any day and we still have to undergo NVC! What will happen if the embassy is closed? This only adds to my worries :crying:

I really hope that all of you get your NOA2's soon. I can't believe it is so out of order. They recieved my I-130 petition on September 24th. I got the NOA1 on January 7th and the NOA2 approval on January 28th. I thought it was processed fast (if you don't count waiting so long for the NOA1) because of my husband's country situation. He is forced to stay with an expired visa in another country just so he can go to his embassy interview (no embassy interviews in Iraq obviously). NVC is slow, they got my case by the end of January. I send everything as soon as I get it, but I still haven't got the visa application and Affadavit of support though I payed for them several weeks ago.

Good luck to all of you and I wish you the best.
