Donna,

Ayman's took about a week to get the results. He went to El Shrouk Hospital...I believe was the name of it. He was there a few hours only and got chest xray, shots and labwork and a short physical by the physician. As far as the interview....well, ummmmmm he wasn't asked any questions but was asked for original documents only. He kept trying to persue them to look at pictures and our sons birth certificate things like that. They did take a look at our son's picture and certificate but other than that they didn't want any evidence. Still bring pics, emails, im's and things like that. I was told that they ask about a lot of things on the forms you sent in like address, how you met, how long you have known each other, children and things like that. I'm sure if you look a few pages back you will find a few postings on questions that were asked. Best wishes to you but really the medical is not difficult at all according to my fiancee.

Donna,

It can all be very different. Lately they do not seem to be asking very many questions. However, sometimes they do. Just make sure he has all originals of anything that was sent to the embassy or USCIS........such as any Divorce decrees, birth records, etc. They did ask Ahmed to see my original divorce decree. Sometimes if you have kids they will ask him about them. But just tell him to answer all the questions from his heart and all should be fine. Good Luck!!

Well it says in the immigration packet that even if you send originals the Embassy has the right to ask for the originals at the Interview. They may they may not. If you have time email the embassy and ask them if you previously sent originals if you need to send them with him the day of interview too. It takes about 10 days to mail them to Egypt even FEDEX. I am not sure how long it would take by DHL but probably the same. It is totally up to you what you want to do. Me I sent only a copy of my decree to USCIS so I made sure he had the original. Good Luck!!
