 Suzy! That really is too cute! Thanks for starting my day off with a giggle again... needed it!

I was so hoping to wake up to see many approvals this morning to help keep us going but it wasn't to be. Where's Dale?

Wishing you all a fabulous start to your week .... and a little extra patience.

Susita it sounds as though you and Luis have so much fun. It always helps to make sure you have other stuff to talk about other than "have you checked your emails today? ... I'll just check USCIS ... I think Igor has a broken list..." I just about killed our relationship with negativity whilst we were waiting for NOA2. Planning the wedding helped ease the pressure some although you are forever find awesome things you want to book/buy and can't because you don't have a date. It never hurts to be too prepared though.

Most of the active worriers today seem to be the USC but a few words of advice for the beneficiaries. Go and see people, arrange days/nights out, little things with those close to you. I thought I had plenty of time for goodbyes and now I wish I had started earlier. Once the NOA2 arrives everything snowballs and before you realise it is almost time to leave. I wish I had more time with my friends and family and not so long ago I did ... I just didn't realise it.

In the March filers thread we found that forgetting about the NOA2 was the best way to get it. Kind of like when you want your dog to do a trick because everyone is watching. There is so much expectation he will never do it, he'll only ever disappoint you. Yet when you come home from work on your own and the last thing you want to think about is the entertaining dog there he is lighting the hoop with your Zippo and jumping through it blindfolded.

Good vibes to everyone waiting

Thanks for sharing the knowledge, Dale! I'm sure I'll use it closer to our approval time!!!

Susita, you guys are the cutest. Gave me a good giggle :).

Bex, I also learned this week that focusing on wedding plans is extremely helpful. Now am frantically researching options and gathering ideas for our ceremony :). Dave seems to agree with all my thoughts so far... even though my Mom keeps saying it's just cause I'm so far away :)

And again, best wishes for all you folks as we go into the new week. Stay positive, distracted and strong!!!!

Don't get me wrong guys, I have my bad days too, but let's think about it like this:

We've found the loves of our lives

Not too many people can say that. So, we have to wait. It sucks. But some people never meet the right one. So GO US!!!! woot! As my 14 year old sister says, we're the shizzle.

Come On Vermont ~ my mom was just in your state didn't she tell you to APPROVE MY DAMN K1 APPLICATION??? hahaha

Susita: you know how spanish has male and female words? like "LA boca, LOS ojos"? Same in portuguese. So first, I taught Joey that for boys, the words frequently end with an "o" like FernandO for a boy and FernandA for a girl, meninO for a boy and meninA for girls (niño y niña). So then I tryed to explain male and female words for body parts... Then he thought that he had "o boca" (lo boca) and I had "a boca" (la boca) because I´m a girl and he´s a boy! Huauhauhauhhauuhauhauhauhauha!!! I SUCK as a teacher!

John, The Philippines seem to be fairly quick scheduling interviews these days. In fact, our own EWOK posted about processing times for the Philippines just this morning. There is the doc verification and cemonar but I don't think that holds you up too long.

Good morning to the rest of April. I know it's Saturday but i'm hoping for some timeline movement today to help keep me going. Maybe we just need to hear from Dale. ;)

Enjoy your weekend folks!

Hey, is that that 50 day average from the day of noa2 to interview? noa2 to visa in hand? ect.. Thanks for that info. deffinetly makes me happy :)

Hopefully you are approved by the afternoon according to the stats.

But then again, approvals are so random, my number EAC08132, and others are earlier than your date.

Because of the way cases are handled by the adjuticators they are not always processed in the exact order they are received.

To be 'touched' at this stage with VSC often means an approved petition or, less likely, an RFE.

Hi April neighbors!

Those touches sound good. I'm thinking NOA2 right around the corner. Did any of you notice another April just got around to updating their timeline? They were 4/7 and 4/11 approved on Saturday. It's getting exciting in this thread. Good luck to ya.
