OH boy, Im so excited- I got touched yesterday after nothing for ages!! touched!! And all these early April approvals- Im sooon I can feel it :D Congrats to everyone with NOA2! :dance:

Missing someone gets easier everyday because even though you are one day further from the last time you saw them, you are one day closer to the next time you will.

Thank you to everyone for your kind words! :D Lu and I are definitely floating around way above cloud 9 right now if thats possible!!! :dancing:

MrsGomes - I can't remember off the top of my head which office Lu went to for the medical but they were very nice there. The woman at the desk even rushed his paperwork for him so he didnt have to make the trip out to BH twice (he lives a 5 hour bus ride away in coronel fabriciano) I will ask Lu when I talk to him tonight and get back to you!

Brian - that is so weird to think that chances are our packets were sitting in the same box gathering dust together! so glad our turn has finally come!!

Acobnamia - Looks like you were in the same box after all!! congrats on your approval!!!

I will be sure to keep you all posted along the rest of this journey - best of luck to everyone!!!!!!!!! your time WILL COME!!! stay positive April!!!!! :energy:

Well guys and gals i got a touch today and a new status update

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On July 8, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to join the party :) . (i'm assuming that 60 day thing is just a standard message and i am safe to ignor it)

You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response

I got my NOA2 about a week after the RFE was recieved (for my first K1 in 2005). So, no worries :thumbs:

04/11/2008 -Steven comes back to Scotland for the Celebrations!

Good morning April... boy, it's quiet in here today. Are we all trying hard to keep our sanity???

I was so hoping to see more approvals when I woke up this morning. Somehow they just help keep ya goin. ;)

Well just wanted to wish you all strength and positive vibes for today.

I would really appreciate if you early April filers could move out of the uscis so us mid April folks can be put through.
