It is the 1st of May here in my place and it will the 1st of May in a couple of hours for people living in the opposite side of the world.

OK thats weird guys.. my hard copy has not come! Would they cash the check and not send? Is everthing ok? When you guys log on to the USCIS does it say NOA1 ? Mine only says received and pending. OK, Im babbling and paranoid... Can ya tell??

Don't worry! NOA1 is only a term used on VJ. Received and pending is what it should say right now..

Next you'll see Request for Evidence Sent or Approval Notice Sent

You should receive a hard copy of the NOA1 soon. If you don't you can call and ask them to resend. Since the check is cashed and you have your receipt number, it's not a big deal.

This is true mrsgomes; no need to worry.

The form I got in the mail says Notice of Action in the top right corner. On the USCIS site, for me it says: Case received and pending.

Well, Brian is with his SO so we know how he is! ;)

Those NOA1's are so 'official' looking aren't they? Something more for the scrapbook. ;)

Tomorrow is three weeks sent for us already. Hard to believe. Guess it helps that i'm super busy all the time. Hopefully VSC will keep kicking those approvals out and we wont be waiting too much longer. ;)

It's a beautiful day here in good old Pennsylvania. I'm loving this 90 Visa Waive right now, not had this much relaxation time in over 10 years!! Nothing moving for us right now on the NOA front but there is plenty of time, I don't leave to go home till June 11th so we're praying it is here by that time.

And for anyone who is interested we had our first appointment with the Doctor yesterday since we found out Megan was pregnant. She's approx 8 - 9 weeks pregnant and we've got the first ultrasound tomorrow at 1.45pm, I'm so excited. Then we've got our 12 week appointment on June 2nd at 4.30pm and the lady said we will b able to hear the baby's heartbeat that day, I know I'm going to cry when they do that!!!

Good luck one and all not just with your Visa Journey but with life's journey :)

I got the NOA1 hardcopy in the mail today- yay! Now I can stop being so paranoid. (yeah, right)

Its a gorgeous day here in SE Pennsylvania, too.

You know its funny, Kim, how you said, you cant beleive its been 3 weeks (its 2 for me) but yeah, after you wait soooooo long to be able to file- its weird its finally done! Lets send some kick a$$ vibes to Vermont- so they can start cranking out some NOA2s!!!!!!!!!!
