jer.... the Embassy in New Zealand told me that I need to supply last year's federal income tax return 1040, and proof of current income/ongoing employment. I'll also be including a copy of my 1099, a letter/contract from some of the people that use my services noting that it is an ongoing job for me as well as copies of pay checks from them. I own rental property and collect child support that I will add proof of that to the avidavit as well. Thanks for the congrats. :)

Thank you Kristen & Alex. :)

 Joe! You always make me laugh! I appreciate your ummm 'stalker-like' attention to our approval! Bye Bye xin xi lan!!!

Jenni, it was more like a happy SCREAM and then a happy CRY and now it's in the form of a permanent smile! :)

Suzie! Of course I was coming to tell you silly girl! Actually, I thought I'd just post it here as i'm not so much into the whole starting threads thing, but then I thought it a bit unfair that the April thread be full of posts about us so I made it seperate. ;)

Thank you milo! I hope that darn adjuticator got too much sun on vacation!

I'm just dying to talk to Russell. The poor thing is just so stressed out about all of this and I know he's at work now just dreaming of that approval! I wish I could see his face when he gets home and opens his email!

WE JUST GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What made me even happier is that Kim got approved too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kim, it really happened!!! We got approved on the same date!!!!!!!!

I think our cases were kept in the same box for the same adjudicator

About calling USCIS, my fiance got to talk to a representative who was totally not helping us at all.

We knew this is what would happen, but we just could not wait any longer sitting and hoping.

He asked her what was going on with our case or why our case took so long while many March filers

got approved in June/July etc. As we all knew, she started to read her manual and told us what we see on their website.

She says in a little rude way "I understand your frustration but you have to wait for about 4-6 months. we can't do anything

while your case is within the processing time" . We both got so frustrated that my fiance and I started bickering and

went to bed feeling so depressed. We just woke up and I was checking my emails while he was in the shower

and I found the email and just screamed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took me about 5 months to get here......
