AOS: Affidavit of Support

Friends --

We're getting ready to file AOS but I realised that my husband's 2005 income was too low - under $15.000. Years 2007 (just filed today) and 2006 are way over $50.000, and the year 2004 is around $40.000, but not 2005. Do you think it may be a problem??? Should we just submit the photocopies of all four years tax rerturns plus some savings/investments info, and hope it'd be ok???

They only required last year income tax for AOS now. The law have change plus in the form it will only ask you for the last two year of your income. Do a little more research on the UCIS website and you should fine what talking about. Good luck

You only need 1 yrs worth of info now, not 3. So you should be fine.

I sent in the 3 yrs worth of tax info, and at the AOS interview, the IO handed back to me the 2 older yrs, she said she doesnt need more clutter in the file.

That sounds all good to me, but what about question 25 on I-864 form? Should I put only my husband's 2007 income??
