Hi everyone....Just un update here. Finally received my Welcome Notice for Permanent Resident from our mailbox just now, and it says i would be receiving my GC in 3 weeks time!!! YAY! :dance: Thanks God to that! Basically gives me a USCIS ordeal break for a while once i handed it...which i so needed! I just want to make a note here, that i NEVER received a CRIS email since it was transfered to CSC, wether they received it at CSC or is it approved. Just one proof, that sometimes online status updates is NOT reliable for CRIS maybe too busy to update it. So dont worry much, on not getting touches or updates....keep an eye on ur mailbox!

To steph... just feed them the RFE they ask and you are back in track again...Sorry to hear all these delays but you will be fine. I wish you GOODLUCK! (F)

To Daniel Parul...I am with you and how you feel by now...but your love (L) for each other will help u through. (F) .Praying for time to go fast for you both to be back in each others arms again...

To all those who are still waiting, GOODLUCK and have more patience...I may not be posting often, as i am very good at diverting myself away from USCIS stress. Always out and enjoying NC natural beauties with my hubby dear while still being prisoned of USCIS papers not allowing me to do important stuffs!. My wife received her EAD today :dance: but we haven't heard about Advance Parole yet. I check uscis website for status and the I-131 application hasn't been touched since April. any idea? Also her interview date in August 26th for Green card. Any idea what kind of questions will be asked?

Its been awful quiet here lately...

You need to be strong... We're here for you.. Keep in touch with friends .. You need to keep yourself a little busy!

It's hard to be away from someone you love.. my husband is preparing me to that kind of situation too.. just in case he gets deployed. But luckily, for now he's staying! :)

By the way, any update on those who received their EAD? How is your job hunting going??

Yahooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just called Shane, and I think I'm more excited than he is, but maybe that's because I was the one to put everything together. He's excited, but I think he's more into our lawn right now - is that messed up? Whatever - he almost has his GC!!!!

Good luck to EVERYONE and fingers crossed for many happy emails and letters from USCIS. You all deserve kudos and hugs and blessings just for putting up with this situation - but love is worth it, right?

7/29/08 - received email: card production ordered

8/2/08 - GREEN CARD RECEIVED IN MAIL!!!
