oh geez, I'm so sorry to hear that. I know AdzMan made his infopass but he said that wasn't too helpful either.

did you call to see if you might have an rfe you didn't know about? I guess you already made an infopass appt.

hoping something happens soon. I know how it feels filing the I-130 with the application and not hearing any word. it's weird since other people have quick processes even with the I-130. Hoping something happens soon (have a feeling we're in the same predicament, 2+ months since filing and no word).

Hey there. Hang in, we filed the same day and I got an RFE (still waiting on the snail mail to find out why) They have to be processing you, watch something come this week.

All good thoughts for you.

Once it's past the 90 days make sure that when you go to your Infopass you do a "service request" apparently this is when they actually send a "service request" to the NBC about your case.

Hang in there ellla. Ive found the systems to be down for the last 2 days, but im sure we will all here something good soon.

I have found out something very interesting though from my constant pestering phone calls to USCIS....... out of the 4 times I have phoned in the last 2 days, 3 of the people have all said that once it has passed 75 days since your application was received, they can put in a service request for it! Not sure if people already knew this but I thought it had to be past 90 days. - Sorry if thats old news :)

I made my Infopass appointment for August 1st, it's gonna be 92 days after my NOA. I will probably try to call too, once the system is working again, I was actually waiting for any news from you, Adzman.

I still hope that maybe my EAD will get approved before August 1st and I don't have to go to my appointment. I'm trying really hard to stay positive.
