As long as there are others still waiting and I'm not the only one, I'm trying not to panic ;)

But I'm checking my email 10 times a day! I can't wait for my EAD not only to start working but also I want to know that there is something going on with my application and nobody lost it or something like that.

this is just weird....my husband received an email from CRIS today that our EAD card production has been ordered today. Last July 8th, they sent both of us an email saying it was ordered on that day together with the AP. hmmmm.....does this mean I'm getting 2 cards?? :huh: LOL

No, you will get only one work authorization card. It happens, though not to everyone, that 2 same CRIS e-mails arrive on different days. For me too, first I got one, and then a week later or so, again the same one.

K-1 Visa journey:

January '04: met in the USA

21st June '07: sent the I-129

06th November '07 - APPROVED, FINALLY !!!

19th December '07:Medical

20th December '07: Interview Date

21st December '07: VISA IN HAND

18th January '08: Leaving to US !

12th February '08: received SSN

Im wondering if there are any filers here who have past the 90 days of filing for I-1765 (EAD)?

According to USCIS on the "Case Services... How Do I...Know What USCIS Services Are Available to Me After I File My Application or Petition?" PDF file, link at http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/f_english.pdf, states that on page 2,

"If you filed a Form I-765, Application for Employment

Authorization, and it has been longer than 90 days since you

filed and you haven't gotten an update from us within the last

60 days, and have not seen any public notice that adresses your

case type, please don't wait the extra 30 days. Call customer

service immediately."

Just wondering as my case will be nearing the 90days next month and wondering how many April filers have called USCIS for updates..

So far, in total,

33 AP approvals, 43 EAD approvals, 42 transfers, 7 interview date and.... 2 GC approvals out of 105 filers :dance: :dance: :dance:

I see there's July 11th interview, hopefully it's gonna be the 3rd approval.
