Congratulations on all the approvals. Gives me hope that my EAD and AP are coming soon too. Daniel is home till the 28th now so we are just spending as much time as we can together. Thats why I have been missing out on all the action here... All the best to us all!!

I am so discouraged....I have still had no news on anything. No touches or emails or anything. Do you all think they lost my file?

There are people who have filed after me getting their EAD's... :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

I know i need to be patient but still. Its a bit deflating!

I hear you Steph...waiting is never easy...i come to a point that i never checked my case status online, and stopped myself going to VJ...and get myself busy with other things.....but yet there is nothing we can do,coz we are all under USCIS mercy of attention. But keep your spirits high....hang in there.....sending prayers for ur EAD and for all april filers to come soon.... Godbless..and have a nice day everyone!

Maybe it does, I am still waiting too, some people that filed a week or so after me already have their EAD.

It is still within a time frame though, we just have to be patient. :clock:

Hi All,

We received my wife's AOS interview letter (as expected because of her K3 visa) a few days back but since I 've been too bz at work, I couldn't post it earlier.. Anyways, its scheduled for Aug 29th, '08. Its about two months away but at this time, I am just glad to have an AOS interview scheduled. Some progress... correct? :D
