My AOS was touched today too! :thumbs::thumbs: I don't usually check it everyday, so I don't know if this is the first day... and i got a notice that our EAD card was finally mailed today!! :dance::dance::dance: we can do the happy dance now for finding jobs!!

Guys, maybe your touches have something to do with your EAD being approved? What do you think? Or maybe EAD napproval shouldn't affect AOS? Just curious...

I am not sure if it affects as AOS is being processed at CSC. Just my 2 cents...

My AOS has been touched twice after the transfer to CSC; it's also happened after the EAD was approved. WANT TO HAVE A CARD IN MAIL....!!!!! Didn't get anything today... :( Oh well... must be patient!

I also know I'll get a RFE because I didn't submit the vaccination record. That's why mine may be getting all those touches!!!

I don't think so, I saw people getting RFEs after being transfered to CSC. Once they start working on your case and find something missing they send you a RFE and it seems they like doing that :unsure:

I don't think the AOS is connected to the EAD since they are in 2 separate places... well here's to hoping anyways :thumbs::thumbs: ... looks like stuff is moving at least!! Here's to a speedy AOS for everyone!! then we can all do the :dance::dance::dance: together!

04-16-2012 sent I-130

08-31-2012 I-130 approved and sent to NVC

09-21-2012 case # assigned by email

09-25-2012 emailed choice of Agent Aos bill paid

10/04/2012 confirmation emailed received about choice of agent IV billed paid

10/04/2012 optin eprocessing emailed sent

10/10/12 optin email confirmed received

taking a break collecting info

11/01/2012 emailed AOS and IV package

11/20/2012 Checklist emailed received..forget guz p3 supplement form and signature on the AoS form

11/21/2012 checklist response emailed sent

12/05/12 case completed......finally ( Could haven't save 2 month of time if everything was ready be fore case# was assigned)

02/04/13 docs intake at guz. 02/05/13 interview passed. 3 simple questions asked

02/08/13 visas arrived at home ( that was fast. 3 days through ems. Right before Chinese new year )

02/16/13. Coming to u.s.a!!!!!! Yeah.

Right. As I have noticed almost everybody gets the same e-mail twice. Me too. 2 times : CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED and 1 more : APPROVAL NOTICE SENT however I haven't received the latter one. The card is in my hands so I don't really care about the approval notice.
