Hi Helipshan;

Nothing yet, yeah we are probably not going to get quite the same movement as others because our cases will not be transferred.

I mean we should be in the same timeline as far as EAD/AP goes, however the actual 485 and 130 will take longer I think based on the processing times. But you never know....

There are some on here who have never had a touch and just received thier EAD's and AP's, So I have my hopes up. Although I run out to the PO box as soon as the mailman comes every day like a child waiting for thier Christmas present. :blink:

Sorry been MIA lately, went on a hiking trip up to S.Carolina. Wonderful! My little girl Nikki (my choc lab) got sick (vet's are expensive :o )

I was wondering if you had some kind of progression with your case. I'm bracing myself for a similar timeline.

You're going to be institutionalized before this whole process is over :lol:

meishel101 got her interview really quick, she filed in February and has her interview in July and she's on a B2 visa so there's hope that it won't take too long. Have you had any touches on your case since they got it? My dates are all 05/21, the very first day they entered the files in the system.

Removing Conditions

08/02/2010 - ROC Packet received

08/03/2010 - NOA notice date for I-751

08/05/2010 - Check cashed

08/07/2010 - NOA received for I-751

Got a touch on AOS yesterday :blink::o a bit scary as it might be a RFE ... :huh: ... seems we did everything according to the guides but you never know...

I got a touch yesterday too!! I've no idea what it could mean though. :unsure:

Yesterday, I've got a touch on my AOS as well. I might get an RFE though because I didn't submit the vaccination supplement. We'll see. I got an EAD card production ordered emal (two, actually), that what worried me most of all...

Don't worry about a couple of e-mails about your EAD ! Me too got 3 , I think, and later the card arrived. It seems almost everybody gets those emails. So, no worries !

My AOS was touched today too! :thumbs::thumbs: I don't usually check it everyday, so I don't know if this is the first day... and i got a notice that our EAD card was finally mailed today!! :dance::dance::dance: we can do the happy dance now for finding jobs!!
