On i485 form, Can somebody tell me where can I find the "Non-immigrant Visa Number", for part 3? What about the A# and I94 number, part 1?

I-94 number is on a top left of the i-94 form. You visa # is on your visa stamp in the passport. I didn't put any A# number, it was fine. They will give you a different one for your AOS anyway.

Nonimmigrant Visa Number = 8 digit red number on the bottom right of your visa

A# = 8 digit number preceded by A, listed on your NOA2

I-94# = 11 digit black number on the top left of your I-94 card, which should be stapled to your passport

EAD and AP came in the mail today...yippie!

And still, no RFEs, and it is looking good gfor getting the AOS with no interview....keep you fingers crossed.

March 8th, 2008 - We're MARRIED! Tyndall AFB, FL beachside!!!!

Aug 08-PREGNANT! Jan 09 -UPDATE! It's A BOY!

MAy 17 09 - Baby James Anthony born!!

I-129f was approved in 131 days from filing date.

Iinterview took 197 days from I-129F filing date.
