Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

On June 9, 2008, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER

PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE

CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this

action.

.....was very happy, but a part of me is hoping MORE on my EAD...maybe its just around the corner. April filers...were getting there...just a little bit MORE patience....Heres wishing for more tranfers for everyone that is still waiting.... :innocent:

Congratulations on your transfer... :) ! I hear you though. My case was transfered as well but my primary concern is EAD, too. It seems that, so far, April filers have received only three or four EAD approvals which, I hoped, would be happenning faster; and it's June 10th already :huh: .... Oh wel... Gotta wait! Good luck to all of us!

I've been checking March Filers' thread and it appears that most orf them were getting their EAD approvals in about two months, 2.5 months tops. I think it slows down on us a bit! Too bad :whistle:

Thanks for the Gratzies....I hear you ella...reason why, i have not been watching my EAD timeline SO much. Its frustrating, seeing it pushed farther everyday. It would be ok if it ATLEAST stays on the date it is at first. Mine says July 01 before, NOW....am pushed on the 24th spanning till Aug!!!! :angry: Makes me feel bad, coz NC DMC was kind enough to let me take my Driving Learners Permit BUT will be expired together with my i 94 on the 1st of July....I will need atleast an EAD to show them before that date to have it extended to 18 months as it is supposedly...i have NO idea if they will extend it whenever my EAD pops up or i will have to retake another written exam..i dont know...thats why i just focus myself now on wasting gas on practicing driving around the neighborhood to make use of my 1 month license as my driving days are numbered!!!!!!! :yes:

Also, i missed this..Sending prayers your way K&W.....hope you get your AP very soon....

Just got an email from CRIS

June 10, 2008

EAD card production ordered and aproval for AP! YAY

says it will take up to 30 days to receive both but its approved!! :dance:

David and I met online December of 2006 and spent a year getting to know each other online and with visits! He proposed to me July 2007 onstage at my Favorite bands (candlebox) concert in Florida .We found out we were expecting a child January 31st sadly due to an ectopic pregnancy we lost the baby and almost lost me as well on February 8th. We then decided to get married if my long and drawn out divorce finalized before David was due to go back on April 13th

Divorced finalized March 20th

3/30/2008 MARRIED !!!!

4/11/2008 I 130 , I 485, 1765 and I131 Mailed to Chicago Lockbox

4/21/2008 first NOA for everything

5/17/2008 RFE for Affidavit of support

5/20/2008 mailed in response to RFE

5/22/2008 Biometrics

6/10/2008 EAD Card production ordered!!!!

6/10/2008 I131 Approved YAY we can visit England again!! (nobody from there could make our short notice wedding)

Yay to being able to start working. I still can not believe I have my EAD and AP documents on the go. Hopefully full perm res status will follow soon so we can pspend the rest of our lives together missing him :)
