Hello you all,

Just giving news, work card has been ordered...so I send the forms first week of April (sorry not done the timetable yet) and now I'll see how long takes to get it. Funny thing one application had a RFE, silly thing, missing the w2, ah! and the other with the same stuff, nothing!

Well then will be good news for a lot April filers soon!

Today I spoke with USCIS. They said that the birth certificate should be fine as long as I showed the English that is already on it. (Gotta love post-its.) Today the package was delivered back so hopefully nothing else will go wrong.

I am missing W2s as well, but didn't get an RFE yet... When did you get yours?

Well my rough timetable, I swear will do one proper when I have time.

I did not send it back yet, is the w2. I ask the employer for a copy, still waiting...But maybe this week or next. I have 2 petitions and they only ask the w2 for 1 petition, not the other, the other is moving and just got the EAD card order....don't worry once you send it back everything goes normal. By the way, how did you send it back, Fedex or US Postal, anyone?

Thanks for replying, mine was also for W2's and other stuff related to I-864. I sent it certified by USPS, address as above, got delivered in about 3 days, but don't think it reached an IO's desk yet. Best of luck to you.

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On June 6, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Hi there, I posted another thread but just wanted to share my situation here... I got bad news from my mom... My dad collapsed and became unconscious.... hemorrhage. On surgery now. :unsure:

I do need expedited AP. When I tried to make InfoPass appointment, it says "Thursday" at earliest :angry: Doesn't make any sense for urgent case!! I will try walk-in tomorrow with doctor's letter.... can't be original, PDF of course :blush: .

That's something I didn't expect... sigh... moving to US is not 100% positive thing....

Hope no one else needs such expedited AP.
