I don't know what to fill for Part 3 and Part 7 in I-131. The guide is blank on those two parts.

Can someone please help me out on this? I can leave those portions blank? If I need to fill in, please advise what I should fill in.

Thanks

In part 3 I just put down any date in the future.

For part 7 you need to attach a separate piece of paper explaining why you think you need an AP and why you qualify for one. I put the following:

Part 7.

I qualify for an Advance Parole document because I entered the USA on a K1 visa and have submitted an I-485 to adjust my status.

I would like an Advance Parole document so that I may visit my family in the UK whilst awaiting my Adjustment of Status application to be adjudicated.

Hello all

We are working hard with all this forms and paperwork for the send this month...

We marry in march, 20.

So, I would like to know if someone have a good model of the sheet about the Advance Parole explanations...

Also, I saw some vj that had theirs case approved in 3 month without interview...and this couple send in the AOS package some prove of their joint bank account...maybe this help then to be more fast, instead of to show this in a interview...

Good look to everyone

Peace

Ali
