Yes, they started with April filers and that is a very good thing :thumbs: I wish that everybody hears from them soon !!!

Happy, happy, happy :dance: Now can start looking for a job, finally !

I am still confused about when to start looking for a job. Daniel will be home for a month in July before gettin deployed. I don't want to miss being with him (but then he will be working - they have a reaal different time schedule like 5.30 am till 4 pm)

Anyways - like I am going to get a job as soon as I start looking :P

I guess I just worry too much about stuff sitting at home. Even Daniel commented on that. Said I was never like this. I need to relearn to relax and take each day as it comes :blush:

(Day 254) 02/01/08: Visas Received.

AOS Journey K1-K2

(Day 1) 04/20/08: Application sent.

(Day 73) 07/02/08: EAD,AP Approved!

(Day 108) 08/05/08: AOS Approved!

(Day 114) 08/11/08: 2 years GC received.

ROC Journey K1-K2

(Day 1) 05/09/10: Application sent.

(Day 129) 09/14/10: ROC Approved!

(Day 135) 09/20/10: 10 years GC received.

Naturalization Journey

(Day 1) 10/02/11: Application sent.

(Day 122) 01/31/12: Interview. PASSED!

(Day 125) 02/03/12: Oath Ceremony. Done!

End of our Journey:

Daughter and I became U.S. Citizens on 02/03/2012.

(Day 1) 02/09/12: Applied for U.S. Passport & Passport card.

(Day 16) 02/24/12: Passport received.

(Day 19) 02/27/12: Passport Card received.

(Day 24) 03/03/12: Got CoN back.

N-600 for Daughter

(Day 1) 02/04/12: Application sent.

(Day 117) 05/30/12: Picked up Certificate of Citizenship at USCIS local office Chicago.

I think it is normal. I always tell myself "relax" and take it in the way it is, but there are times that it doesn't work, I get stressed and so on. Even yesterday evening I was complaining to my hubby, telling it is so annoying that those documents take such a long time, always waiting and waiting... But he is so good, always finding the words how to calm me down.

Aha, I wonder too how much time it will take for me to get a job B)

For us yesterday was a different story. We went out for dinner with friends and came back to find that Scooby had pooed in the passage to the bedroom (the first time we left him outside the crate coz he's still getting house trained). So the entire evening was spent cleaning the carpet and the walls that Scoob had somehow managed to splash some poo on too :blink: Daniel was almost ready to kill the dog...

I got an RFE which would have slowed my EAD up by a few days. To be honest, I'm enjoying the break from working so I'm not really in a hurry for it. :lol:

Oh wow, sunnylight... Thats really good news.. I am so happy for you.

I just spoke to Daniel and found out even though he will be on orders from end of july. They do not leave the US till mid september or so. I won't be able to see him but if my interview happens till that time he will take one day off and be here for the interview. I am relieved

CONGRATULATION Sunny. That is awesome news....

I checked the my timeline again and the date has now moved to July 13th for approx approval for EAD. I am so sad, I have not got one Touch, none. No emails, no news. So discouraging. I know I need to be patient, but I mean almost everyone at least got a touch when they did the biometrics. I wonder if I screwed up badly going to the Biometrics 2 weeks early...

OCTOBER 22 2008 (DAY 170)- I-765:Card Production Ordered/I-131: Approval notice sent

OCTOBER 27 2008 (Day 175)- AP Received

OCTOBER 30 2008 (Day 178)- EAD Approval Notice Sent OCTOBER 31 2008 (Day 179)- EAD Received

NOVEMBER 4 2008- Applied for SSN / NOVEMBER 24 2008- SSN Received
