We filed last Friday, April 4th. So it's part 2 of the visa journey for us. I can only hope this part is speedier than the K1 part. But even if it isn't, I at least have my husband with me for the ride this time.

That's the way I feel. At least we can do this part of the journey with our husband or wife by our side.

1. Do we file an Employment Authorization with the AOS?

2. She came here on K1. What is the fee we send with the I-485?

You don't have to, it's entirely your choice. You pay for it whether you apply for it or not though.

2. She came here on K1. What is the fee we send with the I-485?

The fee is £1010.00

I have a question on the forms used for AOS, EAD & AP. I noticed that most of them had a barcode on them. The barcode seen on the blank form is different from that printed out from my old printer. Some of the thin lines formed a blotted single thick black line. Does this affect the suitability of the form?
