We got our biometrics appointment letter and went early to keep things moving forward. So with the biometrics out of the way, how long do people typically wait to get their EAD? Does the SS# come at the same time, usually?

I think that in about 1 month...I don't know about SS#

Did you put your case on USCIS web site to check if after your biometrics your cases are online?

2008-04-20 Sent Envelope with I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-864 through (Express Mail)

2008-04-21 Envelope received and signed at the Chicago Lockbox by V. Bustamante

2008-04-21 Case sent to the National Benefits Center (Missouri)

2008-05-02 Received Biometrics appointment

2008-05-05 Got an e-mail notification of a letter returned by the US Postal Service (still don't know what was it)

2008-05-07 Got Biometrics done and fingerprints

Hi there I just replied to your post on the March Filers forum and I forgot to mention that it'll be easier if you ad your timeline to your signature, that way you don't have to type it everytime you post on here and we can all see how you are getting along with your application.

The way to do this is:

Go to "My Controls" and on the left hand side you will see the "Personal Profile" section. Click on the "Edit Signature" and voilá!

I think that in about 1 month...I don't know about SS#

Yeah, my cases are online, although there's not a lot of information available yet.

If you want to check if your case is online, try the MSC number from the stamp on your check, but change the last digit, my cases have the same MSC number but it ends with diffrent digits.

Evan, can you see all your cases online (I-130/I-485/I-765) or only AOS and EAD? I also filed concurrently, but still cannot see the I-130 case online. Thanks.

Applications normally got updated online after the biometrics....

We filed on 4/03 and got NOA1 on 4/07. Biometrics were taken on 5/03.

I've tried checking our case online but it keeps saying it's an invalid receipt number.
