I received an email today from CRIS ... they transferred my application to CSC..... Is this good?

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

On May 6, 2008, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. What i did with my papers was prapre it myself and then I just asked my husband to prepare the documents for the affidavit of support. So far it worked for us!

With regards to all types of applications in USCIS.. i think the game here is how long can you hold your patience for waiting!! But the thing in waiting now, you're not waiting alone... you're already with your loveone!!

I updated my 3 receipt numbers on uscis.gov. The status for all 3 is 'case received and pending'. Now we just wait

The cases appear online, finally ! ( after biometrics, of course B) ), except AP.

Same as me. My AOS and EAD appeared online after biometrics but AP never has done. And even though my AOS and EAD did appear they don't seem to be updating them. I received an RFE by snail mail but it isn't showing up online. Go figure!

I'm with you guys, exercising my patience... They signed for my package on April 21st and no check-cashing or notices yet... Let's hope we get it soon (fingers crossed).
