We got our NOA1s and the checks were cashed so we're off and running. Still no sign of things in the online system, but I gather that's normal. Next up: Biometrics!

5/8/08 - All 3 NOAs received (dated 5/6)

5/8/08 - check cashed

5/10/08 - Biometrics letter received

5/27/08 - Biometrics appointment

6/10/08 - case transferred to CSC - YAY!

7/11/08 - rcvd emails that EAD card ordered and AP approved!

7/18/08 - AP rcvd

7/19/08 - EAD rcvd

7/29/08 - received email: card production ordered

8/2/08 - GREEN CARD RECEIVED IN MAIL!!!

We sent off our AOS paperwork yesterday. Now we wait...

Hey - I know you from the LJ Wedding plans forum :) (I'm 'Jonesnessl' over there) Nice to see familiar faces!

Looks like we'll be on the same track now - we got married on the 18th (courthouse) & sent our AOS in on the 25th :)

Did you guys see what a happy party they had today?

The approvals for EAD come like waves...cool!

May 07 - Money order was cashed

May 09 - Received in mail 3 NOAs (AOS, EAD, AP: notice date May,5/2008) - ALL CASES ONLINE

May 12 - Received in mail Biometrics appointment (notice date May,8/2008)

May 16 - Touch (3 cases) ?

May 22 - Biometrics appointment - done

July 07 - AP approval notice and EAD card production ordered (email and online)

July 08 - touch AP and EAD

July 09 - touch EAD

July 10 - email from CRIS, EAD card production ordered

July 14- email from CRIS and online update, EAD aproval notice sent

Married on the 18th, Enjoyed Honeymoon... (L) and was able to send our AOS Package last 28th. Checked USPS Website today...and saw this:

Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 2:07 PM on April 30, 2008 in CHICAGO, IL 60680 to INS MIXED .

The item was signed for by V BUSTAMANTE.

COOLLLL!!!! :dance: .....Now the waiting begins.... :star:

I'm surer it's on its way... It took exactly 10 days for our NOA1 to reach us. Filed - April 16, NOAs in mailbox on April 26 (dated April 22.)

We received my biometrics letter a few days later, April 29.

We received my biometrics letter a few days later, April 29.

That would be good news...so we will be hoping for our NOAS on the 10th of May or sooner....sweettttt!
