We also applied for the I-30. Would that slow down the AOS? Is there somewhere we can find the timelines for I-30?

Chris, maybe you should try writing to a senator or congressman in your state, I don't think it can hurt your case. And maybe they could find out why it is taking so long...

Hi Everyone! Another MIA here!

Chris39, Wow so sorry to hear you haven't got your date yet! I was wondering if maybe you should make an Infopass and specifically ask them if there are any holds on the case? You kinda need to get some answers from them, you are definitly outside of normal processing times. To be honest I think that come December all offices just get downright lazy during the holiday season.

well, you are in my thoughts! I will send positive vibes your way that you will recieve the date soon.

Just curious what does your local office processing time say?

Our local office is San Antonio, TX. This is what it says on the processing times: San Antonio TX as of: September 30, 2008: 4 months. That is all the information there is. I'm going to wait until after the holidays and then schedule an info pass.

Thanks all! Chris39, Hang in there! I can only imagine how frustrated you are! Have you spoken to your lawyer? Just to be sure he didnt miss an RFE or anything?

Also maybe try another Infopass and specifically ask them if there are any holds on your 485?

I am sending good vibes your way! :energy:
